- As registered podiatrists, we also abide by and answer to podiatry-specific codes including the Principles & Standards for the Practice of Podiatry in New Zealand and the Podiatrists Board of NZ Ethical Codes and Standards of Conduct
- While protecting our community and patients is our priority and we never share, sell or disclose your information in any unintended way to a third party, as with any website or online medium, information may be unlawfully obtained by hackers. We take all reasonable precautions to protect your information and will advise you as soon as possible if we believe your information has been compromised. Basic identification – like your name and contact details
Basic identification information collected includes your name, address, telephone number, address, birthdate and email address

We collect information including medical histories, names of any health service provider or medical specialist to whom the patient is referred, copies of any letters of referrals and copies of any reports back. This and any other personal information provided by our patients, other referring service providers, or providers on their behalf with patient consent, is used solely to provide you with the treatment and services that have been requested. This information is not given to or used by third parties, unless medically required, like for referral to a medical specialist or other health service provider.
Online
When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through our website, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers) email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information.”
This information is only available to Masterton Foot Clinic’s administrative personnel. We may use a subset of this information for customised marketing purposes, directly from us to you.
